To understand the difference, we also investigated the expression level of ULBP1 in rectal adenocarcinoma from the data platform (Supplementary Figure S2), the trend was consistent with the description of McGilvray et al. (McGilvray et al., 2009), indicating that the expression of ULBP1 in the colon and rectum was also heterogeneous. This evidence concerns the gene ULBP1 and rectum adenocarcinoma.
