APOB and coronary artery disorder: Multiple linear regression analyses, after adjusting for confounding factors, demonstrated that the ε2+ genotype have relative higher risks of increased concentration of total triglycerides, VLDL 1–5, LDL-1 compositions, and the triglyceride of all HDL particles, while decreased levels of apoB100, cholesterol, free cholesterol, and phospholipid compositions of smaller LDLs (LDL 4, 5, and 6) were lower risks for CHD (Figure 3).
