Among them, genes involved in the processes of single-stranded DNA binding (DDX11, RPA4 and WBP11), damaged DNA binding (AUNIP), NADH dehydrogenase activity (NDUFB10, NDUFC2, NDUFC2-KCTD14), and cell cycle processes, such as NPEPPS, are of the most interest and can be considered as potential targets for the development of approaches to increase the effectiveness of pancreatic cancer treatment with platinum drugs. Here, KCTD14 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
