In our subgroup analysis based on various clinical characteristics (Figure 3), the RFS was significantly higher in the subgroups of patients with AFP > 15 (p = 0.024, Figure 3A), ALBI stage II/III (p = 0.01, Figure 3B), liver cirrhosis (p = 0.007, Figure 3C) and microvascular invasion (p = 0.001, Figure 3D). Here, AFP is linked to cirrhosis of liver.
