The matched multivariate analysis of the Cox regression results showed that SGLT2 inhibitor therapy (HR: 0.54, 95% CI: 0.41–0.7, p < 0.001) and HDL-C (HR: 0.78, 95% CI: 0.68–0.89, p < 0.001) could significantly reduce the incidence of heart failure.
