CAMP and psoriasis: To date, four psoriasis-associated autoantigens have been described: self-nucleic acid complexes of the cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide (LL37 or CAMP) [12], the melanocytic antigen ADAMTS-like protein 5 (ADAMTSL5) [13], the lipid antigen PLA2G4D [14] and keratin 17 [15], which may trigger autoimmune responses in psoriasis.
