Of the included preoperative risk factors, those who were associated with CSA–AKI were over 75 years of age (odds ratio (OR) 1.868 (1.24–2.815), p = 0.003), had hypertension (OR 2.172 (1.334–3.535), p = 0.002), peripheral vascular disease (OR 4.085(2.058–8.106), p < 0.001), anemia (OR 2.099 (1.307–3.372), p = 0.002), and higher sCr and lower EGFR (OR 6.778 (3.405–13.49) and OR 0.964(0.955–0.975), respectively, p <0.001). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and hypertensive disorder.
