PBRM1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: Third, in the evaluation of 828 cores considering intratumor heterogeneity, we also demonstrated architectural patterns in macrocyst/microcystic, tubular/acinar, and compact/small nested associated with significantly higher PBRM1 expression (H-score) compared to the other patterns (Figure 5), which suggested that PBRM1 expression profile correlated well with the ccRCC architectural patterns, even with intratumoral heterogeneity.
