In the KEYNOTE-024 (KN024) clinical trial, pembrolizumab monotherapy for previously untreated metastatic NSCLC (with PD-L1 tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥ 50%, EGFR/ALK-negative) was continued for 35 cycles (~2 years) or until a patient experienced disease progression or treatment-related adverse events of unacceptable severity, they withdrew consent, or the investigator decided to withdraw the patient (whichever came first) [12,13,14].
