In our prior observational study of patients with metastatic (stage IV) NSCLC, with PD-L1 expression ≥ 50%, treated with first-line pembrolizumab monotherapy at US oncology practices, the median rwToT was 6.9 months (95% CI, 5.6–8.3) for the 386 patients with good performance status; however, the follow-up time was insufficient to assess the percentage of patients remaining on therapy at 24 months [22]. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
