At multivariable analysis, age (OR: 1.03; 95% CI: 1.012–1.055; p = 0.012), prostate volume (PV) (OR: 0.97; 95% CI: 0.966–0.980; p = 0.001), PSA at diagnosis (OR: 1.10; 95% CI: 1.063–1.142; p = 0.001) and PASE score (OR: 0.28; 95% CI: 0.124–0.668; p = 0.001) were independent predictors of PCa diagnosis (Table 2).
