ERBB2 and Merkel cell skin cancer: Among these, there are crizotinib, ceritinib, alectinib, lorlatinib, and osimertinib in actionable NSCLC, selpercatinib in RET fusion disease, entrectinib and larotrectinib in solid tumors expressing a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusion, pembrolizumab in urothelial patients not eligible for cisplatin-containing chemotherapy, avelumab for Merkel cell carcinoma, and trastuzumab deruxtecan in HER2 positive breast cancer.
