The expression of TMEM16A has been identified in a broad range of cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [2], pancreatic cancer [3], prostate cancer [4], breast cancer [5], colorectal carcinoma [6], gastric cancer [7], glioma [8], glioblastoma [9], esophageal cancer [10], lung cancer [11], hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) [12], liposarcoma [13], leiomyosarcoma [14], salivary gland cancer [15], and chondroblastoma [16]. Here, ANO1 is linked to lung cancer.
