The expression level of HPRT1 in most tumor tissues was significantly higher, especially in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), thymoma (THYM), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) compared to the corresponding control tissues (Figure 7A). This evidence concerns the gene HPRT1 and invasive breast carcinoma.
