It has indeed been shown that the miR-150 target gene repertoire can highly differ between different hematopoietic malignancies, e.g., MYB, FLT3, CBL and EGR2 in MLL-rearranged AML cells [25,26], and DKC1 and AKT2 in NK/T-cell lymphoma [8]. This evidence concerns the gene KMT2A and acute myeloid leukemia.
