CD8A and cancer: Through Timer, MCPcounter and xCell algorithm, we compared the immune cell abundance between the high- and low-risk groups and found that several types of immune cells, including CD8+ T cells, neutrophils, macrophages, myeloid dendritic cell, Tregs, and cancer-associated fibroblasts were significantly more abundant in the high-risk group than those in the low-risk group (Figure 9E).
