Nintedanib, a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is a small molecule designed as an ATP-competitive inhibitor of platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDFGR), fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), recently approved for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) [13].
