In a phase I trial of patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma who were treated with a multi-epitope-pulsed DC vaccine, Phuphanich et al. found that the expression of both MAGE1 and AIM-2 was associated with longer PFS and OS, and, similarly, there was a trend toward improved survival with expression of gp100 and HER2 antigens in these patients [177].
