For OCC with adjuvant CCRT, compared to patients with a good performance status (ECOG < 2), patients with a suboptimal performance status (ECOG = 2) had a high percentage of tracheostomy, a longer duration of feeding tube placement, an inferior nutritional status (low levels of pretreatment BMI, BW, albumin, LBM, and ASM), a more severe inflammatory status (high levels of pretreatment NLR and PLR), a lower radiation dose, and greater levels of grade 3/4 pharyngitis (Table S3).
