Moreover, Elsayed et al. [13] found that Dasatinib could induce macrophage polarization towards decreasing inflammatory M1 macrophage and increasing M2 macrophage in a model of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, as observed through downregulation of CD68 and iNOS with upregulation of CD163 and Arginase 1, respectively, thus deceasing hepatic inflammation and fibrosis.
