In recent years, tumor biomarkers, such as p53, Bcl-2 (B-cell lymphoma-2), Bax and COX-2 (cyclooxygenase-2), have been widely used for early diagnosis, monitoring and determining the prognosis of CMT [6,7,8]; biomarker evaluation has become a conventional detection method, but the sensitivity and specificity of tumor markers for the diagnosis of CMT are limited.
