A total of 14 patients had estrogen receptor (ER) progesterone receptor (PR) positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative (ER+/PR+/Her2)-breast cancer, and 6 patients were diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), including 3 patients with pCR and 3 patients with non-pCR. The gene discussed is ESR1; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
