A 58-year-old male was diagnosed with multiple myeloma (IgA-κ, Durie-Salmon staging system (DS) stage IIA, revised international staging system (R-ISS) stage I) in March 2019 based on extensive bony lytic lesions, monoclonal IgA, and free light chain (FLC)-κ detected by immunofixation electrophoresis in both serum and urine, and proplasmacytes in bone marrow (BM).
