Similar effects were reported in miR-106a (Imig et al., 2015) and miR-194-5p (Li et al., 2018), et al. Intriguingly, miR-675, embedded in H19 exon 1, is the production of H19 transcript and has been demonstrated in mediating functions of H19 in placental growth, BMSCs differentiation and bladder cancer proliferation (Liu et al., 2016a). The gene discussed is H19; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
