Candidate gene studies have identified androgen receptor (AR) (Schüring et al., 2012), fibrillin 3 (FBN3) (Hatzirodos et al., 2011), and anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) (Tata et al., 2018) among others to be related to PCOS. This evidence concerns the gene FBN3 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
