The higher LAYN: GZMA ratio (Fig. 6A) showed a significant association with poor survival in bladder, breast, head and neck, lung, liver, stomach, thyroid, and uterine cancer (Supplementary Table 4); while low LAYN: GZMA expression ratios were significantly associated with better prognosis in multiple myeloma, leukemia, low-grade glioma, and kidney cancer. Here, LAYN is linked to uterine cancer.
