MKRN2 and lung carcinoma: As known, MKRN2 was involved in ubiquitin-dependent degradation of the p85α subunit of PI3K (PI3Kp85α) in lung cancer; additionally, several studies reporting that MKRN2 is a novel ubiquitin E3 ligase targeting the p65 subunit of NF-κB to inhibit the inflammatory response [9–11].
