RENBP and atherosclerosis: These targets may be closely related to the biological processes of response to molecule of bacterial origin, response to nutrient levels, response to lipopolysaccharide, etc., and involved in the pathways of AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, drug metabolism-cytochrome P450, TNF signaling pathway, insulin resistance, etc. Molecular docking validated the binding of 7 active compounds and top 10 hub target proteins.
