Although plasma IgG concentrations specific for 1086.c or 1157ipd3N4 Env were not associated with the number of exposures required to achieve infection (Table 2), there was a negative correlation between 1086.c Env-specific plasma IgG levels and peak viremia (r = −0.657, unadjusted P = 0.0238, and false-discovery-rate [FDR]-adjusted P = 0.1426).
