Although ADCC activity, as assessed by maximum granzyme B production, was not correlated with the number of exposures required to achieve infection, the higher the percentage of NK cell-mediated ADCC activity, the lower was peak viremia (r = −0.734, unadjusted P = 0.0087, and FDR-adjusted P = 0.1163) (Table 3; Fig. 8B).
