We found that FXR1 was predominantly upregulated in 10 out of 14 cancer types, including lung squamous cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, kidney clear cell carcinoma, stomach cancer, rectal cancer, liver cancer, head and neck cancer, colon cancer, bile duct cancer, and esophageal cancer (Supplementary Fig 1E). This evidence concerns the gene FXR1 and rectal cancer.
