Upon the treatment of HO‐3867 at the dosages of 2.5–20 μM, phosphorylated ERK1/2 (p‐ERK1/2), p38 (p‐p38) and phosphorylated JNK1/2 (p‐JNK1/2) were enriched (Figure 6A,B), indicating HO‐3867 activates MAPKs pathway in human oral cancer cells.
