GOLPH3 and colonic neoplasm: To further explore the role of GOLPH3 in colon cancer progression, we transfected HCT-116 and HT-29 cells with PMSCV-Vector, PMSCV-Vector-GOLPH3, pSuper-Vector, and pSuper-GOLPH3-sh1#/sh2# lentivirus, respectively, to construct stable GOLPH3-overexpression and -silenced cell lines (Fig. 2A, B).
