For the function of miR-125b-5p in LUAD, we performed KEGG enrichment analysis and found that the target genes of miR-125b-5p were enriched in human cytomegalovirus infection, endocytosis, neurotrophin signaling pathway, adherens junction, insulin signaling pathway, non-small cell lung cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, autophagy animal, MAPK signaling pathway, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, longevity regulating pathway, chronic myeloid leukemia, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, and breast cancer and acute myeloid leukemia. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
