PTHLH and Hypercalcemia: We ruled out PTH-related peptide (PTHrP)-associated hypercalcemia and vitamin D-induced hypercalcemia because PTHrP was not detected (<1.1 pmol/L), and 25-OH vitamin D (12.8 ng/ml, reference≥30) and 1,25-(OH)2 vitamin D3 (8.9 pg/mL, reference 19.6–54.3) were low.
