To explore the molecular mechanism of cordycepin combined with doxorubicin in the treatment of glioblastoma, we detected the expression levels of NFKB1, MAPK8, MYC, MMP9, and cleaved caspase 3 in LN-229 cells treated with cordycepin and doxorubicin for 48 h by western blot analysis (Fig. 6), and these genes were the targets with the highest degree values in the PPI network. Here, MYC is linked to glioblastoma.
