A previous study has demonstrated that Sulforaphene (SF), one of the main isothiocyanates isolated from a Chinese herb Raphani Semen, holds the ability of activating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway to enhance p-GSK-3β deposition, thereafter exerting neuroprotective effects in Alzheimer's disease (AD) [30].
