GH2 and rheumatoid arthritis: In addition, in cluster 1, NPR3 was significantly upregulated; however, no significant changes were observed in the expression of IGFBP2 and METTL3, suggesting that other m6A factors regulate posttranscriptional modifications of NPR3. To the best of our knowledge, we report for the first time the possible role of GH2 and NPR3 in the progression of RA.
