METTL3 and rheumatoid arthritis: In addition, in cluster 1, NPR3 was significantly upregulated; however, no significant changes were observed in the expression of IGFBP2 and METTL3, suggesting that other m6A factors regulate posttranscriptional modifications of NPR3.
