After adjustment for age, sex, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CKD, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, calcineurin inhibitors, antimetabolic agent (purine antagonist), mTOR inhibitors, corticosteroids, and antihypertensive agents, the adjusted HRs of ESKD were 1.77 (95% CI, .78–3.99, p = .1694) and 2.61 (95% CI, 1.63–4.18, p< .001) for PLTDM group and pre-existing DM group compared to without DM group, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and myocardial infarction.
