The currently known inflammatory factors related to osteoporosis include NF‐κB, IL‐6, IL‐11, IL‐15, IL‐17, TNF‐α and TGF‐β,16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 which mainly promote the secretion of RANKL to increase osteoclast differentiation22; some of these factors also promote the expression of M‐CSF.23 Here, TNF is linked to osteoporosis.
