CHEK1 and neoplasm: As shown in Fig. 10, the relative expression levels of CDKN3, MKI67, CEP55, SPAG5, AURKA, TOP2A were consistent with the results of bioinformatics analysis (P < 0.05), while the expression levels of UBE2C, CHEK1 and BIRC5 in tumor samples were not significantly different from adjacent normal samples.
