TP53 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: Through experiments, it was found that the main active ingredients of S. barbata, baicalein and wogonin, could inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of NPC cells and inhibit the activity of the PI3K/AKT and p53 signaling pathway, which provides a theoretical basis for clinical intervention of NPC by S. barbata and provides evidence and references for the development of TCM and monomers in the treatment of NPC.
