PARM1 and neoplasm: Pooling together the rest of the genes with good prognosis for FP (TSPAN11, SLC26A9, SLC7A2, SLC46A2, CHL1, SCN9A, PARM1, and KIT) and for OS (TSPAN11, SLC26A9, SLC7A2, SLC46A2, PCDHB11, CHL1, SCN9A, PARM1, and KIT), we observed the best outcome for FP (HR:0.37, 99% CI 0.27–0.51, log rank p = 6.7 × 10−10) (Figure 5B) and OS (HR:0.39, 99% CI 0.3–0.49, log rank p = 2.3 × 10−15) (Figure 5C) supporting the notion that the function of CLDN10 and TMPRS6S play an oncogenic role in this tumor subtype.
