In our study, the KEGG analysis of ADARB1-associated co-expressed genes indicated that ADARB1 was potentially involved in several mitochondrial processes, including mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, mitochondrial protein complex, etc. Therefore, these findings suggested ADARB1 might promote the TMZ resistance through modulating the mitochondrial functions in GBM. This evidence concerns the gene ADARB1 and glioblastoma.
