Bioinformatics analysis of the Ivy Glioblastoma Atlas Project (https://glioblastoma.alleninstitute.org) demonstrated that ISR regulators EIF2AK2, EIF2A, ATF4, XBP1, and DDIT3 were differentially increased in Mic60-low GBM and spatially localized within “pseudopalisades,” which are hypoxic hypercellular structures associated with greater invasiveness (Fig. 5F).
