We present data on serum levels of albumin (ALB), alpha-1 acid glycoprotein (AGP), alpha1-antitrypsin (AAT), alpha2-macroglobulin (A2M), ceruloplasmin (CP), haptoglobin (HP), alpha1-antichymotrypsin (ACT), serum amyloid A (SAA), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), in NSCLC patients and discuss if the combinations of measured APPs could be exploited for assessing the success of immunotherapy with PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitors. This evidence concerns the gene ATP5MK and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
