This genomic amplification of USP13 has been identified in other human cancers, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (29.5% Amp), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (15.1% Amp), endometrium carcinoma (8.8% Amp), and non-small cell lung cancer (18.1% Amp) (Fig. S1B).
