Researches reveal that SIRT6 is overexpressed in osteosarcoma [5], papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) [6], prostate cancer [7], conversely reduced in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) [8], pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) [9], colon cancer (CRC) [10], non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [11]. Here, SIRT6 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
