Those results showed that types of blood cancer (odds ratio 1.98, 95% CI 1.25–3.13, P < 0.01), use of a high-risk regimen (odds ratio 4.44, 95% CI 1.12–17.59, P < 0.05) and G-CSF as the primary means of prevention of FN (odds ratio 4.15, 95% CI 1.76–9.80, P < 0.01) were independent factors related to FN, while PISA was also found to be an independent factor associated with FN (odds ratio 1.02, 95% CI 1.01–1.04, P < 0.01). Here, CSF3 is linked to hematopoietic and lymphoid system neoplasm.
