In conclusion, through sequencing, it was found that ICMT, OGDH, TKT, ZMPSTE24, RPS6KA1, CACNA1B, and MAPK8IP3, as well as pathways for biosynthesis of antibiotics, terpenoid backbone biosynthesis, and MAPK signaling pathway may play important roles in osimertinib resistance in NSCLC. Here, CACNA1B is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
