In conclusion, through sequencing, it was found that ICMT, OGDH, TKT, ZMPSTE24, RPS6KA1, CACNA1B, and MAPK8IP3, as well as pathways for biosynthesis of antibiotics, terpenoid backbone biosynthesis, and MAPK signaling pathway may play important roles in osimertinib resistance in NSCLC. This evidence concerns the gene ZMPSTE24 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
