Taken together, these results turn on a beam of light on CTPS, CDCA7, GSDMC, LRP8, TUBA1C, CENPN, PRAME, SLC7A11, GINS4, DSCC1 and RCOR2 that can constituite a gene signature to evaluate the prognosis of basal-like breast cancer patients independently from the therapeutic intervention. This evidence concerns the gene TUBA1C and breast carcinoma.
