It was also revealed that, SNHG5 overexpression accelerated the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC cells and inhibited apoptosis, whereas these effects were counteracted by the co-transfection of miR-363-3p mimics or si-AURKA (Figure 6(b-f)); SNHG5 knockdown suppressed the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC cells and promoted apoptosis, whereas these effects were offset after the co-transfection of miR-363-3p inhibitors or AURKA overexpression plasmid (Figure 6(b-f)).
